Nourishing Kin is in a temporary yet intense period of growth as we implement a fair compensation policy for our facilitator team. Our facilitators generously invest their extensive knowledge, skill, and time into Nourishing Kin but currently receive less than minimum wage for their offerings. In order to ensure the sustainability of Nourishing Kin, we have made the difficult decision to change the pricing structure for this gathering. We have done our best to balance fair facilitator payment with affordability for the community. These adjustments are rooted in the deep faith we have in this community and its broader impact, and transparency about these changes is how we express our appreciation for you and your trust in us. If you are able to donate beyond the price of a gathering ticket at this time, we’d be deeply appreciative! Your donations exclusively fund facilitator labor at this time.
Donations for this gathering are optional, but deeply appreciated. You must purchase a gathering ticket if you’d like to attend the Spring Equinox gathering - a donation is considered an “add on” to the Gathering Ticket and donations alone do not qualify for a ticket. Donations received help us cover our overhead costs, increase facilitator compensation to a fair rate, and invest in future offerings. Read more about our mission here.
